First Visit

During your initial consultation, Dr. Lee will review your medical and oral health and learn about your ultimate goals for your smile and function of your teeth. She will take the time to answer your questions about various treatment options provided at our office.

During your initial consultation, we will:

  • Provide a comprehensive exam
  • Create diagnostic impressions of your teeth
  • Take digital x-rays and photos
  • Help you create a customized treatment plan
  • Discuss all financial information and payment plans

Our dental exams and cleaning can often take place in the same visit for your convenience. If your dental needs are more extensive, Dr. Lee may ask you to schedule a separate time for your cleaning appointment.

Dr. Lee often offers a complimentary follow-up appointment to solidify your treatment plan. This give you time to consider which treatment will best fit with your lifestyle, and to go over your options with your loved ones. However, if you’d like to start your dental work on the same day, we are happy to accommodate your busy schedule. Please advise the front desk of your preferences when scheduling your first appointment.

Bring your smile, but also remember to bring these to your first appointment:

  • Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist
  • Your completed patient registration forms
  • A list of medications you are presently taking
  • Your insurance card; if applicable

If you prefer to fill out your patient registration forms in the office, please arrive 15 minutes early prior to your appointment. If your previous dentist has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If additional x-rays are necessary, they can be taken at our office.

Your scheduled appointment time will be reserved specifically for you.

We strive our best to have personalized, focused care for each patient, and we cannot achieve that goal without a planned schedule. Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your initial visit. Out of courtesy to all our patients, we ask that you to be on time, and request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
